In development projects in general, many types of barriers can arise. We build programmes together that overcome barriers such aslack of feedback, lack of perception of value, lack of application opportunities, llack of connection with business situations, lipsa involvement of the direct superior. That’s why we include effective design elements.
The design is built taking into account the business reality to find the most appropriate tools and working methods.
Programmes come with methods and interventions that contribute in a relevant way to the organisation’s business results and objectives.
Behind the programmes are principles of design and learning psychology that accelerate transfer into practice.
The design of the programmes and the way they are facilitated increases efficiency and reduces the pressure that usually falls on the shoulders of the line manager.
The added value of the programmes is given by several loops of practical applications (in the classroom, in the real environment) so as to increase the ability to “do”.
The programs run together with LeadUpCentral and Monica Dumitrescu suited both the needs and styles of the participants, as well as those of the management and L&D team, which resulted in a very good fit and immediate results, applicable the next day.

In the course I attended, the examples and real cases helped me a lot. I liked that it explained how to apply in real life, that we focused on examples and not theory. The notions were very well structured in my head. The team exercises were useful and helped to strengthen the relationships between us.
The Public Speaking course with Monica Dumitrescu came as a breath of fresh air for me and my team, at the right time. The applied method managed to successfully combine theory with practice, managing to achieve a very engaging course, even though it was completely online. It covered both the basic rules of a Public Speaking course as well as complex psychological aspects of human behavior, thus having much greater applicability in everyday life than I had originally anticipated.
