COMMON PITFALLS

From the practice of recent years and from expert studies, a number of common obstacles have emerged which we take into account and address in our programs.

Through opportunities to apply and be exposed to the experiences of peers, people convince on their own of the usefulness of the methods.

With more time available, the opportunities to apply increase.

Through the program preparation phase – concrete and relevant situations are extracted.

Programs rely on the involvement of superiors at critical points in the learning journey.

Each participant receives feedback on all individual and group applications.

KEY FACTORS FOR TRANSFER

Some of the main factors we integrate into the programs we build are described below. On a case-by-case basis, others may emerge.  We are open to explore and tailor programs to generate the best method for your team.

Divide the time allocated to the program into several sessions (days, hours) to increase the number of repetitions and the level of complexity – this develops micro-skills.

1-on-1 sessions, group sessions, tasks to be applied between sessions – all are opportunities to get feedback from: the facilitator, colleagues, direct manager.

The programs have built-in activities where participants can explore themself the answer to the question “what does the program help me with?”.

The program is built from the needs analysis stage from multiple perspectives (business, direct manager, participants).
